GREEN COLOUR DAY

"Go Green and Plant Trees to Save Earth"
Green colour symbolizes nature, life and energy. It is also associated with growth, harmony, fertility and freshness. Green colour day was celebrated by pre-primary children with great zeal and enthusiasm on 16th May, 2019, Thursday. All the classrooms were beautifully decorated in green theme with balloons and various green coloured toys and objects. All kids and teachers were dressed in pretty green attires and looked eco-friendly. Kids also brought green veggies and fruits in their tiffin and relished with their friends. Students were taught the identification and recognition of green fruits, vegetables, leaves, grass, trees and various green objects in their surroundings. Many activities and fun games were organized for the kids. Tiny tots of class Disney made beautiful grass head gears and did balloon printing activity. Kids of Splash made pretty green frog handouts along with tearing and pasting activity .Children of Aviator did ear bud printing on green pear stick puppets. The day was full of experiential learning.

Whole school immersed in the festive look of PARENT TEACHER MEET for Montessori and Primary sections on May18 2019 at RPS International School ,Sector 50.The hustle and bustle began with movement of enthusiastic Parents with their wards stepping inside campus to visit their respective class teachers . The main purpose of meet was to create a common platform, where teacher and parents come together to enrich the student’s educational experiences and discuss variety of issues, regarding all round development of children. Parents were informed about the summer camp and also handed over Holidays Homework. Principal of the school Ms Bindu Gupta and Headmistress Ms Nikita also met parents to get their valuable feedback and assured all out efforts for shaping the personality of their wards at RPS.

RPS sector 50 Gurugram strongly believes in the parent-school partnership!! For the same, the morning of Saturday, 07-12-19 started with a positive hustle of parents coming to school for the PTM. The day was extremely fruitful as constructive feedback was shared by the teachers to the parents w.r.t their academic and extra curricular performance. Steps and measures for improvement were also discussed for the holistic development of each child!!
